Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the ShapeMettle app for iPhone ("the app"). By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you obtained the app through the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Free tier and Premium

The core features of ShapeMettle are free. ShapeMettle Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription that removes the limit on custom exercises:

• Monthly: $2.99 per month
• Annual: $29.99 per year

Prices are in USD and may vary by region; the exact price is always shown in the App Store purchase sheet before you confirm.

Subscription terms

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Previous purchases can be restored with "Restore purchases" in the app.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.

ShapeMettle is a logging and planning tool. It does not provide medical, health or coaching advice, and its content should not be treated as such. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing a training program, and train within your abilities.

Your data

Your training data is stored locally on your device — see the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for backing up your device; we cannot recover data from a deleted app or lost device.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app, or use it in violation of applicable law or Apple's App Store terms.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page; continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
